American singer Chester Bennington died at the age of 41. Well-informed security sources revealed that the star of Linkin Park was suicidal and found dead inside his home in Palos Verdes, Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, Bennington has suffered from alcohol and drug abuse over the past years, and has tried to commit suicide more than once. During his childhood, he was raped by an adult, which led to psychological illness.
The late Chester had a strong relationship with singer Chris Cornell, who committed suicide in May this year.
